How do I become a member?
  1. Go to the account tab on the top of our web-page.
  2. Create an account and fill out all required fields. Please ensure your name matches your government issued ID. (You may also create an account at checkout and follow the instructions enlisted in your receipt)
  3. Please send a clear and legible image of your government issued photo ID to: [email protected], or upload your image through our Contact Us form. We accept Driver’s license, Passports and Citizenship Cards (Must be 19+).
Please black out all other identifying elements (such as your license number). We require the following information to be legible: Your Name (must match the order), Date of Birth, and Expiry Date. We will not fulfill the order otherwise.

For NEW orders, we require either two pieces of photo identification or a selfie with your ID.
Note: Billing address is unnecessary. You may use your billing address as your shipping address if you wish. If you have a shipping address, please ensure it is correct on your receipt.  

I've already made an account on Kronic Kush, do I need an account on Kronic Express as well?
Yes! A new account will need to be created. However, you will not need to reverify if you've previously verified on the main site. Thanks for your understanding.
How does 1 hour delivery work? After placing your order with us and verifying with two pieces of photo identification or a selfie with your ID, your order will be sent to our driver. (The delivery window starts only after we have verified your identification). After which our driver will confirm via text that you are available for delivery and you will receive your order within the hour.*

Can I schedule a specific delivery time? You can also specify a specific time you want your order ready and we will try our utmost best to have it to you during the specified window. Please put in your order notes which specific time frame you would like your order. Our driver will then contact you prior to your delivery to confirm that you can receive your order. After everything is confirmed you will receive your order in the designated time.

How much is the delivery charge? We have a minimum order value of $60. Orders over $60 will be subject to a flat $10 delivery fee.

*Delivery times may be longer than 1 hour during rush hours and extreme weather conditions.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, during certain circumstances, we do offer a refund of loyalty points. Please e-mail us for more information.
Patients with a valid MMPR/ACMPR card or a veterans card will be added to our Compassionate Members Discount. Please inquire about the details.

NOTE: If you've been previously verified as a compassionate member, your account will automatically have the compassionate discount unlocked.
What are the regions that qualify for express? Currently we will be launching express in Scarborough. We will launch other regions in a timely manner to provide quality service for all of our customers.

What regions will be launched in the near future? We expect to launch express for downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, North York, and Markham. (Regions will be launched 1 at a time to ensure quality of service)
